Recording, consent & content rights

A package does not give you permission to record other people

The Content Creator is responsible for giving clear notice and obtaining every consent, release, parent or guardian authorization, school or organization approval, and intellectual-property permission required for the planned recording, livestream, replay, transcript, clip, advertisement, AI processing, and social-media distribution.

ATDQ provides production and storage tools; it does not verify that a creator owns the music, images, footage, names, voices, likenesses, guest contributions, or other material used in a show. Recording laws vary by location, so creators should use all-participant consent as the default.

Review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. These notices are platform safeguards, not legal advice or a substitute for event-specific releases.

Expected effort: Medium: the organizer still runs the event, but the platform handles the structure.

Pricing source

Administrator-managed fee plan

Debate sales are expected to be lower volume than podcast sales, so this is event-priced.

The public price and Square checkout amount are loaded from the same dynamic catalog so they cannot drift apart.
